Minerva Street Residential Development

The G3 Square development, located on Minerva Street in Glasgow’s vibrant Finnieston area, is a modern build-to-rent residential complex. It consists of three buildings offering a total of 113 apartments, including one, two, and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses. The development includes contemporary amenities such as landscaped outdoor spaces, play areas, car and cycle parking, all designed to sustainable standards.

This £31M project was developed by Drum Property Group for Edmund de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management. The first phase, completed in 2021, included 108 private apartments for sale, while the final phase was completed in 2023, focused on rental units. Located near major landmarks like the SSE Hydro and Exhibition Centre Station, it offers tenants easy access to Glasgow’s entertainment, shopping, and transport hubs​.

The development of G3 Square was the first development to emerge as part of the Finnieston regeneration masterplan. It’s landscape design looks at creating attractive outdoor spaces for its residents in what will soon become a busy built-up area. The landscape and architecture aims to blend with the surrounding traditional style of Finnieston, making it an attractive option for city living.
