With 35 years behind us, we have seen all sorts of changes in a dynamic world. As designers, we are constantly striving to create interesting and innovative solutions, look at new approaches and embrace the advantages of new technology. One thing that however has always remained constant throughout – our people are our strength.
From experienced campaigners to bright and enthusiastic youngsters, much of what we have achieved has come from our people and being open to different experiences, new ideas and ways of working. In turn, we are committed to ensuring that everyone continues to develop and expand their professional skills and have opportunities to grow, develop and shine.
We encourage our Graduate Landscape Architects to join the Institute’s Pathway to Chartership and fully support them throughout the process, offering personal mentoring and guidance. Mentorship is lead by Paul Miller who is also a long-established examiner and Pathway Supervisor for Landscape Institute. Our approach is coupled with a friendly, open working environment where opportunities to learn and develop run side by side with live and varied project experience and increasing responsibility, which continues beyond achieving Chartership status.
