Background

ZM Architecture’s layout provided a series of blocks set out in a stepped arrangement with the access road and car parking running alongside. The landscape solution utilised mature purple beech hedging to enclose and separate the garden areas for privacy at ground level whilst creating bold, unified public frontage. Simple ground cover planting with trees as focal points marked each entrance with bamboo planting used to provide privacy and screening to the edge of the rear ground floor garden areas.
